Hoey & Farina's Forms Shanty

Bill McMahon, Hoey & Farina

As the so-called “computer mud flop” around the office, I am pleased to tell you about an exciting new area to our Web site: The HFD Online Forms Shanty.

In The Forms Shanty, you will find a collection of documents that may help you with the difficult process of managing an on-the-job injury. We have included 21 job descriptions and other forms that contain useful information. All forms and documents are free to access and download. Clear and balanced information about the issues that affect you and your family is what many of you have come to expect from Hoey, Farina & Downes. We are dedicated to continue to deliver.

More In The Pipeline

For over two years now, Straight Track – our email newsletter -- has been a forum for railroad health and safety information, as well as a place to exchange ideas about the issues affecting railroaders. We have many new projects in the pipeline --- including a online streaming informational video and CD-ROM. The video will take a look at the initial interview after a railroad worker gets injured, and it will include follow up demonstrations of the injured railroader’s visit to see the company doctor and his own personal physician. At each point along the Injured Railroader’s path, a HF&D attorney will explain in detail the process and the steps. In this way, you and your family will be better informed if you must face the difficult process involved in an on-the-job injury.

If you have any thoughts or questions regarding the upcoming release of the informational video, drop us a line at iinfo@felahfd.com. And keep a watch for its release in the coming weeks.
