1-888-425-1212 There is one commentator on CNN who constantly
suggests that this Presidential election dilemma is a Constitutional
crisis. His “what if”
scenarios go on ad nauseam. |

When
he isn’t proposing his end of the democracy theories, he is suggesting
that the whole world is watching and we should do something immediately or
we look like the Balkans.
If I might be so bold as to suggest to you this is
one of America’s finest hours. The process will be a teaching lesson for
all third world countries and the 100 million Americans who didn’t vote.
When all the votes are certified and a winner is
declared, anyone who has a real or perceived grievance, and who believes
its in his or her best interest, will not raise a militia but will go
into a Court of Law and ask for redress.
The court will make a decision. Appellate Courts will review that
decision and there will be a final decision.
That decision on implementation of a decree will lead to the
conclusion of this Presidential election.
That’s how the system works, its not perfect, it
takes time, but it is a hell of a lot better than a civil war. It might
take as long as 6 months but that is 3 ½ years shorter than the Civil War
we fought. The system will
generate an orderly transition of government and we who voted, no matter
who wins, will be proud to be an American.
