Kristen E. Lukaszak joined the firm in 2009. Prior to joining Hoey & Farina, she worked as a law clerk for the Cook County State's Attorney's Office, Felony Trial Division, and as an attorney in commercial litigation.

While in law school, Kristen completed intensive trial advocacy training and studied in Madrid, Spain. Kristen has assisted in trying FELA / train accident cases to verdict since joining Hoey & Farina, including returning one of our client over four times what the defendant offered. She is actively involved with the Young Professionals Board of the Legal Assistance Foundation and with the Associate Board of the Emergency Fund.

Kristen is fluent in Spanish.
